Special edition 

The special edition of Gingers is one of 50 and includes a hardback limited-edition copy of Gingers along with 3 prints within a handcrafted print folder and slipcase. The print selection will vary with every box set and depends on the collector’s choice and availability.

The signed archival pigment prints are produced on baryta paper and are limited to editions of 10. Each print measures 18 x 12cm, plus a white border.

Gingers transects eleven time zones, from the Americas through Europe, on to the Middle East and Asia. The people who bear the genes, who carry the hair, have unique histories. They occupy different political regions. But they are united by a golden – well, coppery, or rusty, as the Russians would say – thread: the flow of DNA across cultures and generations, a reminder that all people are made of the same substance, and sometimes it show
